Can't believe it is already July! Here's a little matcha soda recipe to survive the hot July weathers :)
What you need:
- 2 cups of hot water (80C)
- 1/2 teaspoon of MakeMeBliss Cooking Matcha
- 1 spoon of can sugar
- 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon/lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups of sparkling cold water
How we do it:
Add matcha and hot water to your matcha bowl and whisk in an M shape, gently breaking up any lumps, until the mixture starts to froth.
Fill your Jug with freshly squeezed juice, cane sugar, stir well and add ice.Pour matcha mixture over ice and lemon/lime juice, then top with soda water. Stir well, serve and enjoy!
