Clean & Healthy Matcha Bowl -   It’s Breakfast time ❤

 

Yeei! Our favourite time of the day - breakfast! Not better way to start your day with a filling and healthy matcha bowl, to keep your focused and productive!

 

What you need:

  • Handful of fresh baby spinach leaves
  • Half of avocado
  • 300 ml of water with lemon juice
  • 1 large banana
  • One scoop of your own favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of MakeMeBliss Cooking Matcha

 

How we do it:

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and completely homogenous. Transfer to a bowl and top it with some blueberries, crushed walnuts, honey for sweetness and some cinnamon to boost up your metabolism. We also like to add some of favourite muesli to make full breakfast - doing so will fuel you up until it’s lunch time.  Enjoyment and happiness is guaranteed
