In our previous post we determined that L-theanine is an amino acid concentrated in the leaves that are used to produce matcha. Not only does it make us feel more calm and focused but nutritionists recommend L-theanine also because of its beneficial effect on the maintenance of well-being, creativity and willingness to take on challenges.

Its appropriate level makes it possible to fall asleep and regulates blood pressure.
